Our recycled cardboard membrane cans are available in four different diameters and can be easily configured in variable heights. Both the cardboard and the membrane cans can be fully recycled.

We use multi-layered cardboard with a thickness of 1 mm for our cardboard and membrane boxes. Flexible & Versatile

We offer our cardboard and membrane tins in four different diameters (53 mm, 76 mm, 90 mm, 99 mm). The height of the tins can be freely configured. The same applies to the design: the entire body of the tin can be individually printed according to your specifications. Finishes with gloss or matt varnish round off the look and make every cardboard and membrane tin a very special piece of packaging.

Material

Our cardboard boxes are made from recycled cardboard with a thickness of 1 mm. It is wound several times, which gives it its great robustness. The cardboard boxes therefore offer reliable protection against many external influences. In addition, the membrane boxes are coated with a thin aluminium membrane on the inside. This gives the boxes excellent barrier properties and makes them ideal for all kinds of foodstuffs – even products that require increased aroma protection.

Closure

The tamper-evident closure with a practical tear-off tab is available as an option. It is particularly suitable for products that require special protection from moisture or that would otherwise lose their aroma. It therefore provides ideal additional protection for food, cosmetics and other powdered products.

Bottoms / Lids

The bases and lids are made of a single type of plastic. They are simply pressed in and provide the cardboard and membrane cans with sufficient sealing. A permanently adhesive glue ring provides additional support for the base. They are suitable for both manual and automated filling and sealing. This means a high degree of flexibility in order to use the most effective method for small and large series. The press-in lids made of white or black plastic are already attached to the can upon delivery.

Our range includes cardboard boxes and membrane boxes. Both are similar in design and, thanks to their fundamental stability, are suitable for numerous applications. However, when it comes to the safe packaging of food, the aluminium membrane in the membrane boxes makes a small but crucial difference.   • Better water vapour barrier, better oxygen barrier, better aroma barrier, better food safety – our membrane tins offer all the advantages needed to safely package and attractively present all kinds of food.
  • Together with the (optional) tamper-evident closure, maximum protection is guaranteed, both for the packaged goods and for the consumer. The closure is indispensable, especially for products that pose a potential health risk.
  • The all-round protection provided by the membrane tins and resealable lids increases the shelf life and palatability of foods such as muesli or coffee.
